Old post below: New Post: OK, finally got the 4111 issue resolved. Program is working much better now. There was a conflict between my Explorer 9 and the website so the chat would not work (worked great in Chrome). Also, there was an issue with Norton 360. After a re-install of the language software, all is resolved. OLD POST: The concept is good, the execution is poor. I have saved my pennies for a long time to buy this product only to find out that I paid a great deal of money for a dud. I continually get a 4111 error code which keeps me from the lessons that I paid to learn. So far the support is no help. The support chat button on the website is dead. The emails are sometimes not answered.

"Lifetime" product but now I'm told the technology is old and I have to pay again

I bought this product and used it for a while, but I've became too busy and was not able to use it for several years. Recently, I tried to use it again, just to find out that it cannot be used "as is" because the computer/internet?? technology has evolved, and I have to pay again (a "discounted" amount compared to a new one). I will not pay again for a product that was sold to me as "lifetime", especially considering that technology will evolve again (AI for example), and I will have to pay again when that happens.
