Logitech Z323 Speaker System with Subwoofer

I've used Logitech audio and input peripherals quite a bit, so I know they're usually pretty good. But, I'm pretty sure I got a defective product this time. I checked this on multiple devices, multiple screens, and fiddled with my audio output controls. I put the speakers on multiple surfaces to ensure it wasn't getting bad reverb. I even compared it with my old speakers to ensure my ears weren't just having a bad day, but unfortunately, all signs point to poor building and quality checks. The speakers' audio quality was so empty, they kept making a clicking sound (which was subtle at first but became unbearable once I started noticing it), and I had to keep fiddling with the aux cable as these speakers would start making a buzzing noise if that cable wasn't perfectly plugged in oh so daintily. I would barely nudge the desk, which is still enough to shift the cable out of its miniscule butter zone, and the left speaker would drop entirely. I spent an hour listening to music and playing videos to test them out, another hour fiddling with all the cables and controls to try and fix the problems, but I'm not giving this junk any more of my time. These speakers clearly were shipped broken and untested. It's unfortunate that I went with Logitech expecting at least some sort of quality as they've been a big player in this scene for decades, but the day has come when they failed to deliver and gave me a frustrating one-star experience. Logitech, I know you guys are better than this, all your other perfectly functioning peripherals on my desk prove it, I'm hoping this is just a one-time slip-up and not a sign of trends to come.
