Yes! This thing!

Update: 2018 - Sometime around maybe March of this year, the mouse started fighting with me in earnest. I can still use the keyboard, but the mouse is completely unusable. I'll probably order this product or something very similar eventually, but I don't have a current need to. Overall feel like I got my money's worth out of it. Update: Six years later, I've completely worn off two letters, and partly worn off six others, but the keyboard still works, every key, and the mouse is still working. I have had a slight trouble with the mouse off and on where it'll double click when I click once, or click while I'm dragging. It's been off and on, and at one point, I got a new mouse, only for this one to start behaving again. That was almost six months ago, and the logitech mouse has been fine since. No other problems, and I'm still overall pretty happy with the purchase. I wouldn't go back to wired again if at all possible. It's just so much easier to clean, and the feel is right for me. This thing is perfect. A couple things: The keys feel fine. I am used to a laptop keyboard and wanted something with a mostly flat, slim profile. Reviews mentioning weird dimpled keys made me nervous-- for keyboard and piano, I'm really picky about what I want to be touching for hours. This thing, however, is perfect, comfortable, and non-distracting. The backspace key and all bottom-row keys, particularly the spacebar, are slightly out-jogged and convex-curved. It's subtle and cozy. Typing is a smooth and comfortable experience, and the little palm and wrist rest at the bottom is just enough for me. The wireless quality seems good. I wanted a wireless keyboard and mouse so that when I hook up my Casio piano keyboard to my computer via MIDI-to-USB, I can drag my typing keyboard over to my lap or wherever else without having to fiddle with wires. I have a -very- small, dense space. This was more than adequate. The receiver was plug-and-play, worked perfectly, and I was never left wondering how to configure anything about it. The set comes also with a wireless receiver extension cord. This is basically just a USB extension cord, so I use it for other devices. The mouse has a cute little hidey-spot for the receiver underneath, too. The battery life is more than fine. I keep forgetting to turn the keyboard and mouse off, but I've yet to replace batteries. I recommend getting Sanyo Enerloop batteries when you eventually have to replace the ones that come with the set. Since I always have them around, I'm not worried about battery annoyance or cost. What else? The packaging was great, and the products are attractive and easy to use. I haven't tried the custom-programmable function keys yet, but I'll update this review when I do. I have no complaints. I love this product.

Awesome keyboard and mouse - some tricks to learn about the USB receiver
By John W. Wagonis on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2018
I have had this mouse and keyboard set up for 7 years on a Dell computer. I have just upgraded computers and wanted the same mouse and keyboard to keep my feel on the keyboard the same. And I will refer to the Dell once and a while as my backup computer. So the new keyboard and mouse are working great now. Yesterday not so great as I figured one thing out. I had put the receiver in a USB port directly beside the USB connection for my laser printer. When I was printing, the mouse would stutter, freeze, or disappear. I have a new Duracell battery in it, not the cheap supplied battery. But I was noticing a pattern, and yes, when I typed, sometimes what I typed took several seconds to appear. I now re-located the receiver to another USB port not near the laser printer cable. And mouse speed and typing speed are back to their exceptional fastness. So for anyone encountering the drag problem, get the receiver away from printer cables, or possibly other USB devices. I would think external hard drives and DVD players would not be as big of an issue as a laser printer. But they could be. And for those who actually complain about the noise of the keyboard, yes it makes noise. If no radio or TV are on in the room, you will hear every keystroke. But it is not a loud annoying sound, it is just the flow of your work. The keyboard feels great to use. You get to snap the keys a little and they respond well. A fair trade off for a little bit of noise. And if the noise is a problem, turn up the music a little. The fan in my laser printer next to me is far more annoying than the keyboard click. Better than having to shove your fingers on the keys to get them to respond. 4-10-19 Add on and change to review. I am purchasing another one because very possible this set is a bit defective. Having a problem with the mouse. It seems to be receiving a single to double click or click and drag when I am just single clicking the button. Not a dirt problem, not a battery problem, and I am pretty sure it is not a driver or setting problem. I have tried several times of setting the double click speed both faster and slower. It is becoming difficult to select a block of text with it. So I am replacing it after a year. Just goes to show you that in a production run of products, sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you get a bad one. 1-19-21 another add on to this review. The mouse is crapping out again. Obviously the newer mice are made more cheaply and that left click button does not hold up. Getting a bit tired of it. Really like the keyboard, allows me to type fast and accurate (most of the time). But these mice. Come Logitech, put some quality back into it.
