Great Budget Headphones, Awesome Green!
By HeavyWeaponsGuy on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2011
This is a great pair of headphones, mostly for private listening. (NOTE: UNLIKE MOST RAZER HEADSETS, THESE DO NOT COME WITH A MIC, KNOW THAT BEFORE EXPECTING A HEADSET) Appearance: I love it, its not too bulky and the green color is sick. If you absolutely hate this color, stay away. Also, it is a little brighter green than the picture. Google image some homemade pics for the brighter green feel. Comfort: Ridiculously excellent. These headphones are cushioned to the max. I could wear them all day. Note that they do fit awkwardly on a large, misshapen head like mine. Don't expect them to stay on if you bounce around alot. Durability: It does seem like it could take some damage, but I wouldn't drop it. The cord is very durable, (its braided, does not feel like it would get misshapen or torn easily), but the thing is plastic, so it feels slightly cheap. Sound Quality: Awesome, even for gaming. To prove the quality, listen to how real the Battlefield 3 reveal trailer sounds in HD, (not on youtube, which degrades quality, download the quicktime). Everything is very deep, crisp, and real. Music sounds great and balanced. Not too bassy, and no straining. Note that these headphones are open air, so a lot of sound will escape. Noise Cancelling: Not very good. They aren't terrible here, but it barely muffles anything at all. Also, a surprisingly large amount of noise escapes, so anyone within five to seven feet of you will hear your music. Bottom Line: I got these for about 40$, and I am more than satisfied. I use them mostly for private music and gaming. Sound is great, but don't expect any noise cancelling, and don't run with these on. I love the green color, too. I would recommend these to a budget gamer (PC, not sure about consoles), and a private music listener. Great buy!

Life span: One year
By R. Lugo on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2011
I've had these for ONE year and they just died on me. I have to hold the cord at a certain angle to get them to work. They stay at my desk, with no rough handling, I don't know why they broke. When they did work the sound was great, very comfortable too but I can't afford to buy one of these EVERY YEAR. I thought these would be a better quality, I'm very disappointed. I defiantly didn't get what I payed for.
