Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7" Wi-Fi Tablet

If I could give this less than one star, I would. I bought my original kindle at a retail store. After almost a year, it stopped working correctly. It would heat up if I used it for more than a few minutes and then shut down. Amazon sent me a replacement. I asked for a new Kindle and recieved a refurbished one. In less than a year, this one hasn't updated the way it is supposed to update. This means I cannot access prime music(which I subscribed to use on my Kindle). I was sent yet another refurbished Kindle yesterday. Refusing to even open it, I called Amazon support to ask for a new one. I was told after a lengthly phone conversation that a new one was not available and I would have to just use the refurbished Kindle. After two defective Kindles, I am pretty sure this one will suck too. Bottom line: I am stuck with a device that has never worked, probably will never work and Amazon will do nothing to solve this issue. Wish I had bought an IPad. My advice? Skip the Kindle all together and try the IPad or new Samsung Note.
