Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazon Basics Clear Thermal Laminating Sheets are a great, affordable option for protecting documents. The 200-pack gives you plenty to work with, and the sheets come out clear and sturdy. Sometimes they can stick together a bit, so you need to separate carefully, but overall they do the job well without costing a lot. Perfect for school, home, or office use! Here it is. Straight to the point. They’re thinner than the brand name and they don’t have a tack to the inside so smaller pieces of projects don’t stick and it’s a little frustrating. (Especially if you have a lot of pieces) They do laminate completely clear, but they will not withstand constant use. They’re affordable yes, but I don’t know if I would purchase again as I really just need things done right the first time. If you’re not using these for small pieces, then it will probably be a good value for you. These sheets had no issue pressing in my Scotch Laminator. The package arrived un damaged.
