Logitech Wireless Headset H820e Single-Ear Headset

Works perfectly for voice chat. I actually use mine for gaming rather than for business use and while expensive it is a good deal cheaper than most of the other wireless options out there. The range seems to be pretty good to me - I have a small 918sqft townhome and I can hear and talk clearly from any part of it. I have the docking station located on top of my desk with plenty of free space around it so perhaps this helps. Speech sounds fairly crisp and clear off of the mono speaker though music will obviously sound terrible since it is tuned for a pretty specific purpose. The microphone records pretty good audio overall, though one complaint that I have is that it doesn't seem to filter out background noise as well as my previous cheapo Sennheiser PC21 headset. People over skype can hear by cat meowing on the floor, chimes in the other room, etc. The microphone is likely not as directional as it could be. I've worn the headset for up to about 4 hours with no noticeable discomfort. The side without the earpiece is kind of a hard flexible rubber - some with larger heads may have some discomfort with it in which case I would recommend putting some foam tape or something over it. The earpiece itself is pleather and fairly comfortable but I found it to isolate sound too well and my ear got kind of sweaty after wearing it for extended periods of time. I switched over to a 50mm foam earpad that was intended for the PX100 which allowed my ear to breathe better and for me to hear sounds from the left speaker. I found a relatively thick earpad and rounded off some of the sharp edges of the rim that the earpad latches onto for maximum comfort. I have not tested the maximum battery life of this headset yet, and I have no issues to report with the charging dock at all.
