Loving this monitor is has great colors and lots display area to work my magic. Being a photographer I can say it was worth the purchase. I see some people have complained about support for Macs. Fortunately for me I run Windows 8.1 Pro and have had no issues with it. Lightroom and Photoshop look great on it. I can say I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was a good happy medium going over getting one of the much higher priced professional photography monitors. I currently run this monitor in 10 bpc mode on an AMD 6970 graphics card. The latest AMD drivers now support this with a Displayport connection. The only con for me at this point is that the touch power button sometimes gets brushed by my hand when I'm drinking coffee and turns off the monitor. I had to move my coffee to another location on the desk to avoid this happening constantly. I prefer the buttons you have to actually push to these.

I regret buying 2017 model

I cannot get the daisy chain to work. Color not exactly same as other ViewSonic VP monitors I have. Because it is 2017 model, not compatible with software that controls newer monitors. My fault for saving money on 2017 model.
