I'm a pretty big fan of CyberPower products
By Skeletor on Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2015
I'm a pretty big fan of CyberPower products. They are well made, include more functionality than pretty much anything else in it's class, and are really competitively priced. I have some of their pure sine wave products that work great and cost way less than competing brands. This particular item has a lotta bang for your buck. I dare you to find a 1500VA/900 watt system with as many features for this price! Really. I dare you! The unit is pretty heavy due to the batteries (which are user replaceable). My experience with at least 2 other CyberPower products is that the batteries will last approximately 4-6 years with daily, non-stop use. The front facing LCD screen has plenty of useful information, and you have the option of leaving the screen on at all times, shutting it completely off, or having it light up only for a few seconds after pushing a button. About my only complaint with this product is the PowerPanel monitoring software, which seems kind of unpolished and clunky. The software works via the included serial to USB cable. All in all, a great value and great product.

Died after 2 years. No help from CyberPower support. - UPDATED REVIEW
By Brian on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2020
Worked great for 2 years. Provided backup power for four, PR4100 NAS' and a high spec gaming PC. The unit died however and would no longer charge the battery. Error code shown was F03 and as per the manual it says to contact CyberPower support. After contacting CyberPower support, I have never heard back from them. While this was a decent unit, there is absolutely NO customer support. That alone makes me suggest to others to steer clear of this brand and opt for an alternative instead. 5 year warranty was not honored. Complete ripoff. REVIEW UPDATE: I had two of these units and the second one has now died in less than a year and the resulting spike it created has killed two of the peripherals plugged into it. These things are absolute garbage. There is no help from CyberPower and they do not honor their warranty. Stay far away from them and go with APC.
