A reliable printer!!

I had been using the Epson WF Pro printers which are about the same size and are supposed to he as heavy duty. But I had MANY of the Epson's fail. Even the warranty replacements failed (always with ink system issues). I have installed about 10 of these Canon's and not a single problem! They may be a slower than the Epson, but I feel reliability is more important. And Canon support is EXCELLENT>

I got this 1 to replace an Brother Printer that I had for 11 years.in which that same model got discontinued. So I when I got this delivered the box was a little damaged,so as I took it out of the box ,I noticed a small plastic part in the box. it sounded like loose parts in the printer.so after I got it setup etc. and when it would try to do the page setup it would say ,its jammed.and it would not print at all. I will buy electronics locally.
