Great value for the price!

I absolutely adore my Redragon keyboard. It's super well priced for all the features it has. This is not a mechanical keyboard, but it is still a very very good keyboard. The keys are really responsive and click really well with a nice tactile feedback you can really feel! It's not the quietest keyboard but it isn't obnoxiously loud either. I get compliments on the look and feel of it all the time. There is a knob used to change the LED color, and while it would be better to have each key lit individually, the leds in this keyboard do really really well at lighting everything up. For this price point it's about the best you can get in my opinion. I do like how you don't have to have any special software for this keyboard to use all of its features, everything is physical so it's just a plug and play keyboard. Very good as a first gaming keyboard for sure. The color combination and style of this thing are both superb. The build quality is great for the price but it is an all plastic design. It's lightweight and has little 'feet' on the bottom that fold out so you can get that slight angle of elevation for comfortable typing. And it features a braided cord for durability and anti-tangle. I use mine in conjunction with this matching mouse, also made by Redragon: Redragon M801 Mammoth 16400 DPI Programmable Laser Gaming Mouse for PC, 9 Programmable Buttons, 5 User Profiles, Weight Tuning, Omron Switches, Black Overall, for the price I give it 5 stars. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a really good gaming keyboard on a budget! If you have any questions about this product, feel free to ask me and I will answer to the best of my knowledge! And if this review was helpful to you, please consider leaving a positive rating!

A good buy...to get you by

I've had this item for about 10 months. Lets get to it. Pros: Cosmetically this keyboard looks okay and the option to change the colors is nice Macros are King. The ability to use the keyboard macro without additional software is amazing. Comfortable key spacing. Makes typing easy. Mehs:While the design looks okay the material is a high gloss black plastic. A tad cheap looking although it was cheap. The buttons are a bit squishy. But its a $30 keyboard. Cons: The space bar doesn't always space properly and after about 8 months other keys seemed to stick, not mechanically but all of a sudden random characters will start filling the screennnnnsssssssssssaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeffffffffffff The back-light for the keys went out at about 9 months. Conclusion: If you need macros and are super tight on cash then this may be a good buy, although after 8-9 months your character will die a horrible death in the game you are playing because you were unable to jump (space bar) or, you start running wildly in random directions (sticking keys). HOWEVER; This may just be a quality control issue as I've only used one of these keyboards. The material quality and back-lighting are pretty much a non issue at $30. But the sticking keys will be the reason you toss it after a few months and buy a higher quality keyboard.
