OK let's just be honest this is one of the best tablets you can have for a child before my 2 year warranty was up Amazon replaced it let's just say it had a minor issue I contacted Amazon they were placed it again no problems Tablet has been through thick and thin with my son from the age of a year old to almost 4 and he didn't even scratch the screen it holds up through just about anything the phone padding around the outside is a must for a younger child The only color we have is blue and it is very nice I love doing with Amazon and I love their customer service Amazon is one of the best companies to get things to you quickly but again if you have a child this is 1 of the best tablets even for someone that's older I find my wife on it every now and then even know she has a napol don't want to get sued by that company for writing a review you Steve my get mad if he was alive but will just leave it at that Data to me within 2 days even my replacement within 2 days of that again one of the best tablets Amazon sells I really wish they would have sent me the 2017 edition as a replacement instead so I could have tried that 1 out but I'm grateful and glad and blessed and happy my son has something to play with learn watches videos he has learned so much educationally from such an awesome small tablet Picture enclosed is a little blurry but it was taken with the tablet great picture quality as well As a consumer I would definitely look into the 2017 model it may be a future purchase just wish Amazon would have offered it to me I would have paid the difference at the reading reviews on it it would have fit into the foam tablet housing perfectly maybe when his to your warranty is almost up and let's pray to God nothing happens to the one we got they will replace it with the 2017 model it only seems right either way it is great for your boy or girl or grandmother or grandfather or even yourself this review is a little long winded but to put it in a nutshell for the price it is an excellent tablet would like to see A3G model or 4G model in the future on mark Carrier model would be awesome

Greetings. Unfortunately, I have to send you this email as a complain of your replacement service you offer for Fire Kids tablets. This is my story: One of the tablets I bought this last December was defective, and the screen showed decolored stripes, so I sent it back to you, as you offer your customers to do in the tablet's information page. I've sent the tablet as I received it: into it's original box, including all the accessories. However, when I got the replacement tablet, it came into a simple cardboard box, not the original box, including only the tablet and a USB cable. There was no charger, no protecting case (blue, as the one I originally chose), and not even the original box, but a simple cardboard box with the tablet and a cable. It almost renders the tablet useless, since without the case I cannot give it to my two years old son, because it wouldn't last long. It's a pity that, in my case, it makes almost non sense to ask you to send the missing accessories, because I'm in venezuela and I send the products I buy from Amazon using an international courier services. I had to pay the international shipping fees for the malfunctioning tablet, for the return and for the replacement tablet, and it wouldn't be good having to pay once again, a fourth time, for the missing accessories. It's sad, but I had a very bad post-sales experience. My kid has no tablet, and all I can do is waiting until he is older, so he can manipulate it without the case. Evelin Sanchez.
