Fit a lot of needs in a very short time frame.

I was purchasing in a bit of a hurry as I was expecting to have to work from home for a few weeks from a laptop but needed screen real estate. Paired these with a two-monitor stand and all came together very easy with the supplied laptop dock. No unwanted spare stand parts so I didn't feel like I was pitching money out the window. Picture quality is great considering the price. The mrs can also use for her home office needs. Would recommend to anyone needing an economical multi screen solution.

Great monitor with lots of real estate -- wobbles when you type

I bought that so I could have my beloved dual monitors again since I'm working from home. It is larger than my monitors from work so that was a pleasant surprise. It was truly "plug and play" -- put the stand on, plug it in and it worked right out of the box with no adjustment needed. However there are 2 things that make me not care for it too much -- one is fixable... the other not so much. 1. The height is not adjustable and is rather low so if you want to have it at "eye level", you'll need to have a monitor riser. I have it on a 3-inch book and that raises it to about the right level. My other monitor will slide up and down... however, that costs significantly more. 2. The base is rather wobbly... so that when I type, the monitor shakes back and forth. While I'm getting used to it, I really wish there was a better solution than having to mount this on a monitor arm -- something my home office setup won't accomodate. Great value if you don't need it to be free standing... However, if you do need free-standing, you might want to invest a bit more for a more solid base. [LCAR]
