Interference with other bluetooth and/or wifi devices - bad customer support service - stay away!

This mouse suffers very badly from interference with other bluetooth and wifi devices, which renders it completely unusable. If you plan to use this mouse around other bluetooth devices (e.g. headset, speaker, ...) and/or wifi signals that you cannot change to 5Ghz channels, then expect to get seriously laggy behavior from this mouse! Also, the online Logitech customer chat help service was a very bad experience. I had missed the return window from the seller, so I contacted Logitech customer service. They were unable to help, and also unwilling to exchange the product for a non-bluetooth mouse. Astonishingly, the agent just deliberately cut off the conversation (see transcript of the chat below - the chat was cut off after the agent's last message)! I have used many Logitech products and was generally satisfied. But after this experience, I will think twice about buying from Logitech again!! Me (2/22/2018, 10:16:38 AM): as I just mentioned, yes, there is my computer's wifi, and a bluetooth headset. when either of them is on, the lagging immediately starts. obviously I need my computer's wifi, so I cannot just turn off that to solve the problem.
