Dependable Product, reliable service!

Item was part of replacement Kindle fulfillment by Square Trade Warranty services. My Kindle Oasis no longer held a charge. Square Trade replaced in without any questions. The replacement unit came without the battery cover. The Square Trade rep found and shipped the cover in a timely manner. Courteous and fast customer service! I would highly recommend the Kindle e-readers and Square Trade! Hard to beat.

Didn't work with the Oasis I ordered

So they say this won't work with the 2017 Oasis - but I ordered a 2018 Oasis - or so I thought. Then this cover shows up and it won't interact with the Oasis I gave as a gift - it's too small. It seems to me that if you are going to make changes to your product, you should change its name or call it "Oasis Plus" or something. So now I have to order a different cover and send this back. What a pain.
