Not in "EXCELLENT CONDITION" ... more like from DISPOSAL CONTAINER

Not " IN EXCELLENT CONDITION" ... more like from DISPOSAL CONTAINER or from trash diving excursion. If you think refurbished means "as new" or "in excellent condition", this is not the case. You can definitely see many scratches on sides and at the back of it, one foot/bumper torn off, etc. It is priced as refurbished at 60% or more of the original cost but it should be priced as recycled at 40% or less of the original cost. You can get a way better deal on eBay or Craigslist where you can see pictures of the particular unit you are considering to buy. This is a two prong problem: the seller's ethics and AMAZON approach to "renewed" product listings. Never again!
