Apple MJYR2LL/A Smart Keyboard 12.9"

I love my iPad pro and was very excited to finally buy a keyboard for it. I am an "apple guy" so I figured I'd buy their keyboard, even though it is very overpriced. I just wanted everything to work the way it usually does when I buy an Apple product. My keyboard came quickly, but I was surprised how cheap it looked and felt. It's very flimsy, but I hooked it up according to instructions, and..Nothing. I had to keep typing on the iPad pro screen. I did lots of troubleshooting, followed all of the suggestions online and it started working. The next day I wanted to write an email, and once again, it would not work, so I decided to return it. I contacted Datavision, the company who shipped it because I saw something about a 15% restocking fee. They got back to me within a hour and said there would be not fee if the item was defective. Great customer service!
