Dell Active Pen - PN556W

This pen is horrible. I hate to be that one person who leaves a one star, but I have to. Right out of the box the pen didn't work. Firstly, who in their right mind would make a stylus tip out of a really HARD plastic? Using this pen will leave marks and scratches on your screen. I don't understand why they didn't use a rubber tip. That way you can get a firm to soft tip feel depending on what type of tip you choose. The pen is advertised as active but doesn't interact with any of my dell products. Doesn't work on my tablets or my 2 in 1 laptop. Any stylus should work on any device if you at least make the tip a rubber material. But for some reason they decided to go with the damaging hard plastic. I don't understand where that Idea came from. Don't use hard things on your glass screens. Hard things rubbing against your glass screens equals scratches and marks. I'm completely confused as to why they chose to do that. Not to mention it didn't connect to the device or recognize it. I am highly disappointed and this item is 100 percent unusable. Like I just don't get it. I could literally go to the nearest gas station and buy a stylus with a better tip for 2 dollars and it would work better than this.
