Amazing case if you don’t want to take up much space!!!
By Necla on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2018
I would like to say this is a great bang for your buck! It’s small yet not tight, the airflow is amazing, and it’s sturdy/simplistic. I had a mid tower prior to this case with a Micro ATX installed. It was bent and warped so I ended up wanting a smaller case. This is a simple case that really is attractive. They do make the glass panel but I bought the all metal model because why not. For $30 you can’t really go wrong. It comes with one fan and enough space for a big GFX card plus a slot for a DVD drive (yeah in 2018). I paired it up with 2 white LED fans and it looks good! I would like to also point out that THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE DVD DRIVE!!! Some reviews complained about not being enough space when they are probably installing it wrong or the motherboard they are installing is not a micro ATX. Now for the airflow which is what I am really impressed at. From my previous case with a water cooler (very basic one), CPU has hit the 50’s when gaming regularly. With this case, it idles in the high 20’s and doesn’t go past the mid 40’s. Overall I am 10 Celsius cooler! Sucking air in from the front and tossing it out from the top or rear is the best way to go. For a small case, the cable management is great as well. I was able to hide most of the cables (this PSU does have a lot) within the back panel or in the hard drive bay. Can’t complain for a small case. I can talk about this case all day honestly but overall, I am very satisfied and so will you if you have a Micro ATX setup.

Good little Micro ATX case for the price, but some design flaws and flimsy material prevent the 5 stars.

It's a good little Micro ATX box for the price. Has a space for water cooling placement (that's a plus) and even screw holes that can be used to mount an SSD without occupying one of the drive bays which is excellent. Cable management can be done behind the Mobo wall as well. LOVE the mesh look and all black design, even the screws. It has a thin foam filter in the front mesh area so it will trap dust and debris, thus protecting the components inside with a cleaner air flow. Thermaltake is a great brand. I have been doing this kind of work for more than 20 years, and since I have been building PCs, I've used many of their products. I trust their quality... but this specific case, they kind of dropped the ball. The shipping was fast even when they shipped it in the same package box. The computer case is light enough, but some design flaws and the fact that it's a bit flimsy are a letdown. The case should be longer because the Power Supply is placed at the bottom of the case, therefore, in many motherboard instances, there will be capacitors or connectors that will be in the way when trying to install an Optical drive. Likewise, there are 2 120mm fan openings on the top. The one fan will impede the Optical Drive to be installed unless you use a SLIM fan. Your Power Supply will be at the bottom, and so will be its cooling fan. The case has a cooling grid (with a thin dust filter!) under it... but be careful placing the case on deep carpet. This case is NOT for you if: 1. You're planning on using an Optical Drive 2. You require sturdy construction from your case 3. You want Maximum cooling efficiency by using all fan locations 4. You have deep carpet and are placing the computer on top of it This case IS for you if: 1. You're NOT planning to use an Optical drive 2. Your Motherboard has NOTHING protruding on the top right hand side: capacitors, PIN connectors, fan connectors, etc., and ARE planning on using an Optical Drive 3. You're planning on using Water Cooling and don't want to break the bank 4. You want a decent looking / stylish Micro ATX box that will just hold your components inside 5. You don't want to spend more than $30 on a Micro ATX case 6. You are looking for an easy, quick setup. Hope this helps you out there.
