I had some issues with making this order happen because customer service wasn’t very nice to me but I am very happy with the monitor itself. Easy to hook up to my laptop (and it comes with an HDMI cable so I didn’t have to buy an extra), clear picture, larger than expected, and practical for me to use. I like to pair it with my laptop because it’s much easier for me to keep multiple tabs open, etc. I also don’t have a TV in my house (shocking, I know) so I use this in conjunction with my laptop to make the screen bigger for streaming video. It does not have its own speakers so you’ll have to rely on your laptop for that but the pictures itself are really strong. I also like that it has such a sleek look to it. Definitely appears much more expensive than it actually is.

10 months after purchase - power cord failing

Update - 10 months after purchase - this has been a good monitor until about a week ago. It has started turning off randomly & fairly often. I believe there must be some short in the power cord that is causing it to lose power unless you find the 'right' spot. It is quite frustrating when trying to work...especially if you accidentally bump the cord! The cord is showing no visible signs of damage and I do not have pets or anything that could have damaged the cord...it has just decided to start malfunctioning. It still has good picture quality, when it has power. Original review: Arrived on time. Was easy to set up and the screen is bright/colors are vibrant. Looking at text is a little pixelated but good enough for my purposes as I need color/image clarity more than text clarity.
