Retro-Game/Application Compatibility

Beautiful display. Doing graphic work on a square screen has always been better than on wide screens. Landscape or portrait being equally well displayed. I often use some old 3D tools that only display properly at 1280 x 1024. Being able to see what I am working on naturally is great. This monitor delivers modern tech on an older format. I wish they made a bigger one. Something like a poor man's LG 28MQ780 Dual Up monitor; or a Eizo FlexScan EV2730Q. These monitors may be the absolute best, but the image on my Acer has quite accurate color and crisp clarity for the money. It is easy on the eyes and may be the best retro-gaming monitor on the market.
