Excellent value, nice touch typing, good mouse.

This keyboard is a great value. Very quiet, which I greatly prefer. I'm able to type by touch a little faster as the keys have a nice tactile response even though they are quiet. As usual, a new keyboard required a bit of familiarization even though my prior keyboard was also a Logitech. The keys are in just a slightly different spacing but was no big deal. I've used lots of different computers at once and all of the keyboards are just ever so slightly different. The previous one lasted many years but finally wore out. I like that this one can used the unified receiver or Bluetooth, and also work with different machines. The mouse is also very nice... easy touch on the buttons and one can adjust the feel of the scroll wheel.

It is impossible to evaluate on day one, it is possible to evaluate on day 1,000

Upon receipt of purchasing this keyboard and mouse combo a few times over the past couple of years I find it infuriating that Logitech does not make better quality equipment. 1. On the past two purchases of this kit the letters rub off within 10 months. 2. Irrespective of updates or frequency be it blue tooth or usb dongle, while using NEW BATTERIES the delay between the keyboard stroke and the letter appearing on the screen is present. Combine this with the consistent and random disconnection between the computer and the. 3. Irrespective of updates or frequency be it blue tooth or usb dongle, while using NEW BATTERIES the delay between the mouse click and the courser moving on the screen is present. Combine this with the consistent and random disconnection between the computer and the mouse. There is no justification for making disposable products unless you want people to continually repurchase the same equipment based on its obsolescence. Much like apple using less than satisfactory cables and connectors where the wires become exposed over time, Logitech does the same thing with letters on the keyboard that wear off, usb updates with promise of better performance, umm it time to show it because the delays, disconnections, and keyboard letters shows that they have no quality in the product that was sold. Which begs the question on per unit manufacturing costs, once that is examined we then observe how profitable this product actually is. One day someone will be durable products made in the US which will be purchased by me, until that time I will continue to look for higher quality products.
