Great little NAS have two of them backing up remotely ...

Great little NAS have two of them backing up remotely from one location to another. Took a little time to setup (though I think it was the fault of firewall). Love the ability to manage all of my locations NAS with Qfinder.

ITEM HAS TO BE PLUGGED INTO THE INTERNET TO WORK PROPERLY

This NAS can never be secured because it has to be connected to the Internet to work properly, which means it is prone to hacking. Many of the features, such as the ability to back up the NAS, will not work unless you are connected to the Internet. The User's Manual is atrocious. Customer support is barely existent. Anyone concerned with cybersecurity should not buy this product.
