Great Machine for a Great Price

We purchased this machine to potentially replace our Chromebooks used in out warehouse, and this little machine has worked great for what is needed of it! A few small applications and multiple users is all that is required of it, and it handles it like a champ. Will definitely be buying more to shift out our old Chromebooks.

Storage too small. Can't update or factory reset (normally)

It has only 32 GB of storage, 22 of which is Windows 10 and it's bloatware. . They shouldn't even make laptops with 32 GB of storage because it's too small of an amount to even update pr factory reset in the normal way. I had mine since 2018 and I've always been unable to update it because of that. So I just found a techie way to factory reset it but it's a pain in the butt and most people likely won't do it. I suggest buying a Chromebook with higher storage or if you get this one bring it into upgrade the storage. Other than the stories issue it's a pretty decent computer for school related stuff. As long as you're not running anything super heavy like Photoshop that is
