I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. this worked great and works WAY better than the crap that ATT gave me... it is replacing my Arris NVG599(<-----crap). I asked them to replace it with this model, but they refused and said they'd send another one. The wifi sucks on it, but THIS one worked instantly. the wifi works better and faster. the video and sound quality is WAY better..have to turn down the sound now. It has an old software/firmware version, but hopefully it will be updated to the latest soon by ATT.

Defective unit. No accountability

Unit was plug & no play. After 24 hours lost broadband connection multiple times per day requiring restart to reestablish. Was replacing an identical at&t gateway that worked fine, was hoping to not lease it. My friend is an AT&T field tech, he checked it out. Said the gateway was defective. Reinstalled leased unit and it works fine. All settings and startup sequences followed to the letter. Beware of the 30% restocking fee, ridiculous for defective merchandise. Never use this seller, you'll likely be out 30% cost and a gain lot of aggravation.
