Bought this because of the reviews- most were positive. I’m on day 3 of taking Zen- and notice nothing different in focus - relaxation- or anything. I’ll continue taking nut will not re-order unless I see some bit of progress! Day 5 or 6- I still see no change in focus etc! Save your money!
