Amazing for the right people

I love this keyboard, but I will say, the switches weren’t at all what I was expecting. From reviews and sound tests, I was expecting something much more tactile and clicky, but this keyboard instead feels mushy and hardly clicks at all, It’s very quiet and the keys bottom out quickly, but for some strange reason it’s still so satisfying to type on. The lighting is absolutely amazing and the only lighting effect it’s missing that I really want is a ripple effect on key press. Occasionally the lighting bugs a bit and freezes while showing a “loading” effect going back and forth on the F keys but I can’t tell if that’s just discord integration or a bug. Gaming on it feels fantastic and it’s amazingly responsive. It’s barely takes any weight at all to activate a key but it doesn’t happen on accident. I haven’t used the macro keys yet but you can literally bind anything to them, even an entire paragraph of text. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants a solid keyboard and doesn’t care about loud and clicks keys.

By "renewed" they mean "Still Broken"

Second attempt at getting a replacement keyboard. Let me start by saying I love my Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard USB. unfortunately, I'd spilled some soda in my original and was careful to disconnect the power without hitting any keys so nothing would short out and ruin the keyboard. I ran the keyboard under water in the tub to rinse out all the soda. Put it over a heater vent overnight to dry it out thoroughly. Plugged it in the following day and found a couple of the programmable keys were not working properly and the keyboard lighting on 9 keys were out of sync with the rest. Other than that, the rest of the keyboard worked fine. I wanted to get a replacement though because I use my programmable keys in various games I play. I found Amazon had some "renewed" keyboards available so I figured I'd try that route instead of spending full price for a new one. The first replacement arrived quickly (within a few days) and appeared undamaged. When I removed the packaging, it looked brand new. I hooked it up to the computer and started testing all the keys. It turns out all the keys worked fine EXCEPT for the left Shift key, which is one of the most-used keys on the keyboard. It lit up fine, but just didn't function other than that. Rather disappointing that they'd send me a "renewed" keyboard with an obviously defunct key. Rather than send if back for a refund, I figured I'd try sending it back for a replacement. What are the odds that they screw up twice? Apparently pretty good. Got the second "renewed" keyboard in a couple days (today). Again, unboxed and unwrapped to find a keyboard that looked like new. Flipped it over to inspect the bottom and something dropped on the floor. Picked them up. 2 key tops. The G1 key and the Tilde keys fell right off (attached image). I plugged the keyboard in and checked everything. It all worked fine, but the keys won't stay on. This time it's going back for a refund. Perhaps I'm operating under a false assumption that "renewed" means a product was broken, but was repaired so it's "like new" again and being sold. It seems Amazon makes no attempt to do the repair part of "renewed" and just puts the product back for sale hoping the customer somehow won't notice the issues. I will never again buy a "renewed" item from Amazon and I'd strongly advise you not waste your time in doing so either.
