Very happy with this purchase. It was easy to install drives into and set up on my network. It’s fast and quiet with a simple interface.

Worst QNAP NAS - Power downed cannot be back on averagely every 40 days

The first unit last for 20 days. It comes dead, cannot be power back on, and exchanged. The second unit last for 29 days. Same issue, and cannot not be power on, and refunded. Third unit dead after 30 days, requesting RMA for repairing. It become very hassle. I would suggest people avoid this model . Try other products like TS-251, TS-451, & TS-431. They still going strong.
