Perfect desk for the price and ideal for your back issues!
By EES on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2020
I have lower back issues and needed a desk to work remotely that would allow me to either stand or sit at 36-inches to accommodate the height a particular chair that works well for my back and sciatica. (yes, the desk is fully adjustable at any height for a normal desk chair height or anywhere along the way in between to standing up - - you decide what works best for you) Of all the adjustable desks I researched on Amazon, (and it was quite the rabbit hole to go down, taking a lot of time) this item seemed to be the best price by far at the time of purchase. While I personally was not the one who assembled the desk, I was told it was very straightforward, all the parts were included, the instructions were clear and the materials the desk is constructed out of were "solid" and "impressive". The desk is perfect for my individual needs, the desktop surface is smooth and an ideal size for my new remote workspace tucked in a 14x14 bedroom; hosting room for my laptop, a 12inch fan, notebooks, phone, pens, water bottle, pads of paper, etc. The depth of the desk is great for my reach, allowing items to be far enough out of the way, but not too far to be out of reach. The manual lever that allows for the desk to be adjusted up or down works well. Smooth transitions. You do have to put a bit of body weight into pushing down from the standing position just to engage the mechanism, but it is 100% reasonable and I personally don't understand why one would want to spend all the extra money to have an electric desk. Seems unnecessary after experiencing the ease of this product. Overall, I give this a top rating for the quality, usability, and style. The desk is easy on the eyes for such a large "piece of furniture". The design lines and open framework blends in well with its surroundings and despite its dimensions, you don't feel like you have this huge desk sitting in the room.

Wobbles at height
By Eric Van Meter on Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2022
For the price, this desk is sturdy enough when fully lowered, but the whole point of an adjustable height desk is to be able to switch between seated and standing use. When raised to standing height, it wobbles too much to be usable. I ended up with an overpriced table for my office microwave :/
