Skeptical @ 1st but definitely worth the $

I'm a techie and had owned many expensive HP products. This time I wanted another All In One but for cheap that can do everything I need. Well, with this Amazon renew, I wasn't sure what to expect but the price was perfect so why not try. With all my research, I wasn't sure which model to buy. After reading the specs in the same model series, their wasn't much difference. So it just came down to price. What I really want was duplex printing and batch scanning. To my surprise the duplex printing can be done automatically. But for double sided scanning, that had to be flip over manually, which wasn't too big of a deal. I haven't use this enough to tell how long the ink will last but so far print quality is good. Wifi connection was very easy to setup and works well. No USB cable included but if you have an existing cable from your old printer it will work. Overall, this was a great purchase for me. Hope this helps other who is in the same boat with deciding. Also at this price instead buying replacement ink, I can just buy another printer :)

Printer could be good, if it worked
By JM on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2021
I installed it, it worked great....once. After that it randomly wouldn't work anymore. I tried every single troubleshooting method possible, made sure everything was up to date, it just kept telling me there was an error printing. I installed, uninstalled, reinstalled. NOTHING made it work. I literally spent 12 hours looking for info, downloading anything that could help, nothing did. Then randomly it decided to work. It finally worked and all I did was the same thing I had tried 20 times before. Yay! printer is working now....nope just kidding. It decided out of the blue not to print anymore. I bounced back and forth between telling me nothing is wrong and that there is a driver error. I update, install, check and it says its good to go, then it decides not to work again and says there's a driver error. I am about to start pulling my hair out. If everything is up to date and the drivers are all the newest and the pc is completely up today and the printer is installed correctly then what is the issue????? Worst waste of money, it is a paper weight.
