Such a great upgrade!

I have been using regular office chairs at my work desk for my whole life. They are a little cheaper than this, but the quality of this chair (so far) is soooo worth it. Incredibly easy to assemble, so comfortable! I'm around 250 and the chair holds me very well. I put it together in less than 20 minutes using the included tools and instructions. At this point, I'd highly recommend!

Missing parts

The chair seems okay for the parts that could be assembled. Of course it did not come with all the bolts to put it together. The response when I contacted was a stock email that literally ignored what I wrote and told me the bolts came either in a bag, or already in the bolt holes. In my initial contact, I made clear there were no bolts in the chair holes, nor in the box, anywhere. My second contact has gone ignored. So I would not buy this brand again.
