I needed a monitor to match the one my office got me and this is the exact one that I needed. The color is amazing and it's great that I now have to screens and can easily get my editing work accomplished!

No instructions for adjusting the height.

I can't speak to how it works. I needed a second monitor for my WFH setup. I got it out of the box, thought it might be too big but thought it might work if I could adjust the height of the stand. There were no instructions with the monitor. I could figure out how to tilt the screen, but not lower the monitor. A search of HPs website for the model number had instructions for a different monitor. Google turned up nothing. I sent it back.
