Highly frustrating. The installation was not as easy as the instructions made it appear in that, when you think that you have installed it, you haven't. Then after it was finally installed, only Word, Excel and Outlook were installed. No PowerPoint was installed. We finally found the PowerPoint. Calling support was another joke. I have yet to receive assistance. I got one person who said that she was for South America and she transferred me to another department, twice. I was on hold for around 20 mins each time before I hung up. When I open Word, it is requiring "activation", which is like a circus, requiring passwords but then a PIN, which I have not previously been asked to set. Very frustrating and time consuming, to no avail! Then you need to further an e-mail address, or receive on from Outlook, then if you get one from Outlook, you can't use it, you have to use another e-mail, then they have to send you a code and the procedure goes on and on! I get the code, put it in, then I receive a message "We couldn't activate Office. We didn't find any Office products for this account". So in the end, still no use of the Office Product and no assistance. Oh, and I won't be able to use Office after tomorrow.
