Buy this if you want an amazing monitor without breaking the bank
By Séamus McPherson on Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2020
I absolutely love this monitor, the bezels are almost nonexistent and it is extremely thin, perfect for the small space I have to work with. It was a beautiful picture straight out of the box, and once I tweaked the image settings a bit more to my liking it is without a doubt the best bang for buck monitor I could have hoped for. The one thing that I don’t understand is why it has a volume setting when there aren’t any speakers in it, but that’s probably just a design thing and some of the higher end monitors probably have speakers and they just used leftover parts. Either way I would absolutely recommend this monitor for someone who wants a good monitor and doesn’t mind 1080p.

Input Not Supported - no sleep or BIOS access
By JR on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2020
I am not one to bother with writing reviews, but with this product, I feel compelled to let it be known one should steer well clear. We had to return this monitor for a refund. With an HDMI cable it would not display post or BIOS. From a cold start, the monitor would bounce around the "Input Not Supported" message from Power On right up until windows was fully up and offering user selection; then the display would come on and function normally. However, when setting the PC to Sleep Mode, it would go to sleep, then the hdd would immediately start whirring (I assume a BSOD) then the monitor would come on with "Input Not Supported". The computer would then initiate a Restart. I have never seen anything like it. I could not test with VGA since this video card only has HDMI or DVI. Besides losing all functionality of sleep, bios settings, or windows troubleshooting ability after a crash (safe mode, etc), the monitor was also very hard on the eyes. Very bright. To use, contrast in nvidia settings needed to be set from 50 down to around 30, which made it bearable, but then pictures looked terrible. Lastly, the stand was not very stiff, and normal typing would set this 27" monitor to an annoying oscillation. After reading other reviews that mentioned this "Input Not Supported" issue being unresolved, we had to shop for another monitor, make sure it worked fine, and return this one. Thank you Amazon for a free return. This was a ridiculous situation and I highly doubt I will ever buy another ACER monitor.
