Great Upgrade – Fixed My Internet Issues with Sparklight

I upgraded my old Arris modem to this newer model since my previous one was outdated, and I’m so glad I did. It works perfectly with my Sparklight internet, and the difference was noticeable right away. Even though it’s a refurbished unit, it looked brand new out of the box—clean, well-packaged, and no signs of wear. The best part? The random internet disconnects I used to deal with are completely gone. My connection has been stable and fast ever since switching to this modem. Overall, it was totally worth the price. If you’re still using an older modem and dealing with unreliable service, this is a solid upgrade. Highly recommend!

Very Disappointed

Why did you pick this product vs others?: What a disappointment. I've used this brand of modems for years with no issues. I got this one because Spectrum said my old modem only supported 300mbps even though I was getting over 500mbps. I figured this was an easy switch, but once I got it connected the speeds weren't even 10mbps. Immediately threw it back in the box and set up a return.
