CLASSIC FranklinCovey Timequest Monticello Two Page P/Day Planner Filler: super happy
By April Braswell, MCLC on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2024
I know. I used digital all the time for things. And other times, I want to quickly SEE my month ahead and have it all in one place. And I make a point to take hand written notes in the days of the specific work I did that day. Great record keeping. Also, handwritten writing out whole words engages our brain more and we remember it better than when we text type it a letter at a time. LOVE this! Classic. Ever a fan. Will be purchasing again next year! Maybe I misplaced them by now (Sept), but I'm not seeing the formerly very helpful Future Planning extra few pages for the next calendar year. Or few more. Thankfully, I do have other blank pages from FC which I can use to complete this. Will be ordering my 2025 filler pages shortly!

Not the Same Quality ...
By DACHokie on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2021
I've been using FranklinCovey planners since I started work after college in 1989 and I do find them to be one of the best day-planners on the market. I am, however, disappointed in the quality of my last annual planner refill pages. After 30 years of using Franklin planners, I've become enamored with their planning format. I started with the Classic version for my first job back in 1989, tried the Compact size a few years later and ultimately settled on the Monarch (two-page day size) since the late 1990s and have been purchasing the yearly filler pages since. While I generally keep it simple and order the basic green/white filler pages, I recently ordered one of the more ornate page styles (Monticello) simply because it was only slightly more than the basic pages and looked nice. The pages themselves look good and still have the classic Franklin planner style that I have grown accustomed-to for over 30 years, but I was highly disappointed in the paper quality of the filler pages. More specifically, the paper used for the pages is much thinner than any of my previous filler pages. Now, all my writing slightly bleeds-through and perforates the pages of the next day ... something I've never experienced in any previous yearly refills. I understand that paper conservation/re-cycling is a standard these days, but I shouldn't expect to pay a premium (as annual refills cost about $50) for lower quality. I hope this is not the "new standard" for FranklinCovey.
