I haven't experienced any issues with this as it's been used with 2 different MacBook Pros (2016, 13" Touch Bar and a 2018, 13" Touch Bar). I've tested it at multiple locations from Gigabit ethernet all the way down to 25Mbps, and it has no issues with any of the speeds, reading and testing at full available speed each time. Literally just plug and play; plug in, connect ethernet, connect to wall, and it works. I can't really ask for more as pricing was fair as well.

Worked for about 2 years under limited use, but like all Realtek products it faded fast once you really use it.
