Apple Macbook Pro 13.3" i5 (MId 2019)

I bought this product in December of 2021 and for about an and a half it was great. Then, in August of this year, it was completely unusable. It would not boot or charge. When I ordered this product, I thought that I was receiving a Mid-2019 model, as the listing clearly shows. However, when I took it to the Apple Store to have it checked out, they notified me that it was not a Mid-2019 model, but was instead a 2017 model. Now, I will take the blame for not double checking the model number, but heaven forbid I actually trust a seller to not take advantage of me. Maybe I should have read more of the negative reviews, because I am not the first person for this to happen to. When I reported this to the seller, their response was basically, “Well, the 2017 model was discontinued in 2019, so that’s why it is listed that way.” I’m sorry, but that’s not how Apple works. A 2017 model is a 2017 model, no matter when you buy. As you can see in the screenshots, Apple produced four different 2019 models and not a single one of them match the model number in this listing. Be warned: you are actually ordering a 2017 MacBook Pro and not a MID-2019 MacBook Pro.
