Amazing monitor. The PureXP+ is the best way to get ghosting free and accurate controls. I'm a competitive Street Fighter player and the PureXP+ along overclocking is almost there in comparison to a CRT monitor. The sRGB preset is the same as my Macbook Pro in both color, pixel density and quality of the screen so this could be used for work involving color accuracy (photoshot, etc). There isnt any input lag playing both FPS and fighting games that I can notice (30+ years playing fighting games in CRT, LCD, projectors, VA, IPS, etc). There are 2 presets where I have it one for gaming and another for color accuracy and work fine. If the 4k was cheaper I wouldve got that one. The video is from the first monitor I got. After a couple weeks of use it got that bar of flickering pixels which after searching the net and asking a few people they all suggested to exchange. The exchange process with Amazon was a pain since the CSR Mabel is really the CSR from hell. Good thing the escalation I asked for 10 minutes got thru and a lead CSR helped me with the return process. I suggest Amazon to return to the old prepaid label with everything in it because the UPS QR isnt accepted anywhere here. I'm raising awareness to return to the old method since the worst part of my experience (getting a dud of a tech product isnt rare) but hauling the thing back and forth and then getting an absolutely awful CSR just got me wary of buying more stuff here and going thru the same problem again.

The short. (Also update as of 14 Jan 2021 at bottom) Paying over 500 for a monitor that is this badly calibrated out of the box is bad when ACER and BenQ does a better job with pre calibration. The long I wanted to love this monitor and it can be good. For a over 500 dollar monitor you would expect not to fiddle around with calibrations to correct white balance. There are entire forms for this issue and almost every major reviewer has commented on it. I would buy again because this is not acceptable to be this bad out of the box at this price point. Pros. Some rbg control on monitor itself saving yourself from downloading another tool if it has the preset you want. Colors look good after a lot of visits to forms, calibration sites, and comparing to color checks. I game mainly but paid the money for the capability to look good so it better work as intended. The included USB hub and headphone holder worker as intended, even while attached to a twin arm Vesa mount. Rubber cable clips for mouse work great Power indicator control, optional to turn off. Cons Cable from power brick can easily lose connection if cable managed even slightly in a way it doesn't like. (Thought unit was DOA) Pre calibration makes 90 dollar monitors look great. Seriously, it is that bad. Has a power brick with short DC cable end. I would of liked 4 feet. After thoughts If you don't mind spending a lot of time on a slightly feature rich monitor, go for it. If you just want to game or watch movies out of the box, RUN. Anything else would be better. Main computer component driving this while dealing the issue is a 3090 FE in case that helps some how. UPDATE: 14 Jan 2021 - The monitor was unresponsive after coming up after a power outage in the area. The panel wouldn't work or provide any input from the controls on the monitor. power cycling did nothing even when disconnecting the power and reconnecting. The fix was to remove the Display Port cable, then power cycle. My disport cables are premium and plugged into a 3090 FE. My other monitors attached do not have this issue, even when changing which display port they are plugged into on the 3090 FE and swapped cables to at one point to double check. I had this issue before when the unit was brand new and was about to send it back but found out the monitor would display its menu when just plugged in by itself. So this has been an issue since day one of owning it.
