Does not work out of box

Got to testing the cable and it didn't work out of the box. Amazon isn't giving me an option to return it, just "FAQs and try to fix it" There is nothing to fix. It does not work. I tried across 3 devices with different monitors, still nothing. I can only assume the fiber optical cables were damaged during packing and shipment. Buy at your own risk.
