First time Smart Ink customer experience

I received a replacement right away for the color that did not work. The customer service of this company is AWESOME. (prior comment - First let me say that my HP Officejet Pro 6978 did display the non-HP cartridge message. I called SmartInk CS & maybe had 30 second wait. Ory picked up the call & helped me by emailing me extremely detailed step-by-step instructions with pictures which I was able to follow with no problems. Once I corrected the non-compatible issue, I printed a photo as a test. My cyan was not printing. Ory again walked me through cleaning the printheads. When this did not solve the cyan problem, she said she would order replacement cartridges immediately. I have been very happy with Ory's customer service and look forward to receiving the replacement. Based on this experience so far, I plan on ordering ink from SmartInk from now on.)

Ink colors not true to ad

Ink color printed is pale and not true to advertisement. They did send a replacement, we are trying that!
