Great performance at a reasonable price

I bought this to replace a Dell computer that has been a lemon since I first purchased it. My company issued me this same model two years ago, and it has been the best laptop I have ever used. And I’ve used a lot of them! The machine looks brand new, and has worked flawlessly since I powered it on for the first time. Well, as flawlessly as any computer works when running Bill Gates’ lame excuse for an “operating system”. I hope that HP continues to make an equivalent model in the future.

Too many scratchs and sim tray stuck inside

First time buy a renewed and so surprised with outfit. Scratch on backside and somewhere. All functions work well. But if outfit better is good. And in description should describe to buyer. And when sell renewed, I think should show real images for buyer make decision before place order. One more, I tried to open sim tray but it stuck inside.
