Acer Spin 511 2-in-1 Chromebook

The computer works great and looks brand new. I took off a star because it is missing the stylus and the description said that all accessories were included. I even checked the questions and confirmed that the stylus came with it before ordering. I took off another star for the customer service, which was a very frustrating experience. First, the rep didn’t know what a stylus was, so I had to find the online manual for the model and send him a link and tell him what page number it was on so that he knew what I was talking about. This was literally a 30 minute conversation just to explain what the missing part was, just to get the canned answer that I would have to set up a return and order again. I didn’t want to take that chance and get a lesser quality Chromebook. The computer itself, is fantastic. I needed two exactly the same for my sons (9 & 10) for school. Both were missing the stylus, but both were in great condition and perfect working order. Just know ahead of time that if you do need help, customer service is terrible and if it is a big deal to you, you will have to return the whole thing. It was easier for me, and far less irritating, to just purchase them separately.
