Rosetta Stone: 24 Languages | Lifetime

I read the product thoroughly and went to the Rosetta Stone store here on Amazon. Rosetta made it sound like I would be getting the lifetime package and could switch between languages at will and have all the lessons available. That did not turn out to be the case. I spent around $170 for access to several languages of value to me and so far, I am only able to study one language at all, and I'm not convinced I have the lifetime package for that one language either. There is no tech support to help you. I went through all the FAQs and Help articles Rosetta has. This is for an older version of the product that they technically no longer support. This is an outdated product that doesn't give what it claims. Have no fear however, I found a loophole! I activated this language learning puppy on my laptop and set it up to learn modern Greek. I also wanted to do Korean and Irish Gaelic. I feel like the program was mocking me with, "well, how does it feel to want?" So, I tried something out. I downloaded the Rosetta Stone App from the Apple Store, and placed it on two different devices. On one device, I logged in as myself but since it was the first time logging in on that particular device, I was able to select a completely different language than Greek, so I chose Irish. Then, on the other device, I got to go through the same process. Download the app on different devices and log in, and pick a different language for each device. I now have my Rosetta Stone set up for the three languages I want. Now, I have not tested each device beyond lesson 1, so I still don't know if I have the lifetime access and can go through all the lessons free of charge or not. If I cannot and the apps request payment, then I will come back here and update this review with that information. For now, all I know is: this product package isn't supported by Rosetta, once you activate it you only get one language to learn and cannot switch between any languages at all, and the work around for switching languages is to download the app on many devices and designate each device to a particular language. The unknown: does the app register that you have lifetime access and not charge you?
