how is it so cheap

feels like it is of decent quality quiet but the airflow from the fan is audible, no major gripes comes with screws and is easy to install wires and connectors feel good but are hard to get apart for cable management non modular and it comes with 6 sata connectors which admittedly feels excessive and were hard to manage in my thermaltake versa h15 case they have to be losing money by selling this for so cheap

This unit has a continous hum? I have not had a power supply that I can hear at all in many years time. Other wise it is just fine. I am considering a return.
