SAMSUNG 24-inch Curved LED Gaming Monitor

I was really excited to get my home office set up for some part time contracting work. I'd been eyeing this screen for some time and decided to get a refurbished one because it was more sustainable.I set the monitor up as soon as it arrived. For the first couple of hours it worked fine. After a few hours, when the computer would go to sleep, the screen would go black and when you would move the mouse to wake it up, it would stay black and just flicker. The first time this happened, I turned the screen off and back on and it didn't fix it, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and that seemed to resolve the issue, so I wasn't concerned; however, it happened again the next morning and the power button no longer worked. If I pressed the power button, the screen wouldn't turn off. I tried unplugging and plugging back in, but to no avail. I restarted the computer thinking it was my Mac mini that was the problem, but nope.I'm so frustrated as this monitor was advertised to be in 'excellent' working condition and it was completely defective. Needless to say, I'm returning and not bothering asking for a replacement. I will be ordering the monitor from elsewhere as I don't want to receive another defective item.Save your money. If a price seems too good to be true, it is.
