Good computor with great specs for the money. However, the ad said it has a dvd/rw and it does not. I almost returned it but it is a good value so i bought the drive from dell and it was an easy install. I am happy with this purchase.

Sold a non-functional computer that I had to purchase new parts for in order to use.

When I received the computer, it continually crashed. Dell tech support determined 1)that someone had swapped out the original Dell-installed RAM with a low-cost brand (with a bad rep) of chips and they were defective, and 2) that the computer was registered to an owner in China. It took two weeks to get the registration put into my name. Dell said the seller (NY Pro) should replace the RAM. NY Pro wanted me to remove the RAM and send it to them to see if they thought it was defective or not - leaving me without a usable computer for an undetermined length of time. I asked them to send me a replacement first, so that I could continue to work. They refused. I had to buy new RAM at an additional cost of ~$90. Amazon support told me that this was purely between me and NY Pro. I feel that I have been cheated and that the middle-man seller misrepresented the product. Dell agrees.
