EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W PSU

I bought this in November of 2021 and it has served me well over the past two and a half years.The problem I'm having now is since last month I started hearing the fan make noise in my computer, even when system is idle. I use headphones most of the time while gaming, but recently while playing Black Myth Wukong I started hearing the fan making a sound as if it were about to fall out and hitting against the fan housing or cage where air would blow through, then system would just power off completely and power back on by itself after a few seconds.The power supply was turned with the fan facing down in my Phantek case as that's how it was designed to be put in as it cannot be screwed in when facing upright, but I had to turn it faceup to actually game without it powering off and on again. This has led me to believe that the fan in this power supply was not made properly for the upside down orientation it should have been designed for as the fan is still making noise but at least it doesn't sound like it's scrapping against the grills and shutting off when it supposedly gets very hot and the fan is not spinning fast enough to cool it.Would have been a 5 star product if the fan was made properly but I'll just have to get a Corsair as their previous power supplies have lasted me at least 5 years before and issues.
