It’s a great laptop

This is my first new computer in years. I’ve waited and waited and now that I bought this laptop, I’m glad I waited! It’s fast, responsive, lightweight, and holds tons of potential for me (or you)! The only thing that I miss is a keyboard backlight. My child’s laptop has a backlit keyboard and it’s awesome! But this was a Prime Day purchase so you get what they offer. I love it and thanks Amazon for the great deal! Thanks for reading my review!

Came unable to charge

Item arrived unable to hold a charge. I need a computer. Amazon promised to send me one and then I could send back the broken one. Had to contact them twice, still have not gotten the new computer they said they would send. Very disappointed. Update-did not give me full refund for faulty product. Don't buy!!!
