HP 27" IPS Full HD Micro-Edge Monitor

i bought this as an HP thinking it would last longer then 6 months. it didn't. out of warranty and out of luck. best to buy the extended warranty if you want one of these monitors you will need it! I didn't use it much it was on a gaming system that only gets used when the kids are here for a visit. it lasted through 6 uses total. i tried other cords, power supply, new monitor cords to the computer. this one has both vga and the newest version , neither one worked. it just shut off and would not come back on and no lights came back on. internal fuse blew or something. not sure what. unlucky for me it is out of warranty. i am out 235.00 needless to say I won't buy another one from HP . not sure what a good one would be but this one isn't it. i certainly can't recommend it as a good quality monitor. it isn't. when it was on though the color was good. it started flickering and getting wavy lines in it and then it quit.
